Returns & Cancellations Policy

At HanVos.Art, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please read our returns and cancellations policy below.



Cancellation Policy


To cancel an order, please get in touch via our contact form.


Custom Art Prints & Print-to-Order Gifts


These items are bespoke and made-to-order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, they are not eligible for the standard cancellation rights.

• If you cancel before production begins, you’ll receive a full refund.

• If you cancel after dispatch, a 50% fee per item will be deducted from your refund.


Gifts & Limited Edition Prints


You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch, or within 14 days of receiving the item(s), for a full refund. See the returns section below for details on how to return your order.



Returns Policy


If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you wish to return it, you must notify us within 14 working days of receipt. Contact us via our contact form.


Custom Art Prints & Print-to-Order Gifts

• A 50% fee will be deducted from any refund for returned items unless the item is faulty or damaged.

• Faulty or damaged items may be returned for a full refund or replacement.

• Notification of faults or damage must be made within 14 days of delivery.


To request a return for a faulty item, please provide:

• Your name and delivery address

• Order number

• A photo of the damage/fault and packaging


We will issue a replacement or refund upon return of the item.



How to Make a Return

1. Contact us via the contact form to inform us of your return.

2. We will provide you with the correct returns address.

3. Items must be returned:

• In unusedoriginal condition

• Within 14 days of receiving them

4. Include the original delivery note with your return to help us identify your order.

5. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using recorded delivery for your protection.


Opened items can only be refunded if they are faulty.
